Common Questions
- A coin purchase didn't arrive:coins are credited automatically within a minute of the store confirming payment. If they haven't appeared, restart the app; if they're still missing, email us the store order number and we'll credit it manually.
- Refunds for coin packs:purchases go through Google Play / the App Store, so refunds follow the store's refund policy — request them from the store first; email us if you get stuck.
- Delete my account: Settings → Delete account, or scoremon.com/account/delete. This is permanent and removes your personal data (details).
- Notifications won't stop:disable them in your device or browser settings — that revokes the token and we can't send anything further.
- A score or result looks wrong: tell us the match and screen — data corrections ship quickly.
