Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
- Account data (only if you sign in): when you sign in with Google or X, we store your email address, display name, and profile picture, plus the username you choose. Browsing without an account is fully supported — then none of this is collected.
- Gameplay records: your predictions, votes, daily picks, streaks, and play-money game rounds, together with your virtual coin balances ($SCORE on the web, Mon Coins in the app). Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- Purchases (app): Mon Coin packs are processed by Google Play or the App Store and verified by our payment partner RevenueCat. We receive the product ID and a transaction identifier to credit your coins — never your card or bank details.
- Notifications: if you enable them, we store a push subscription (web) or a device push token (app) to send you match and game updates. Disable notifications at any time in your browser or device settings.
- Technical data: language preference, referral source, and device/browser type at signup; aggregate usage analytics via privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles).
2. Cookies & Local Storage
- Session cookie: keeps you signed in to your account.
- Preference cookies/localStorage: language and display preferences. No personal data.
- Third-party cookies (website only):affiliate links to sportsbooks on the website may set cookies when you click through, governed by the respective sportsbook's privacy policy. The mobile app contains no sportsbook links.
3. How We Use Data
To operate your account and balances, resolve games and leaderboards fairly, send notifications you asked for, credit store purchases, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell or trade personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.
4. Sharing & Processors
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: RevenueCat (purchase receipt validation), Google Play / Apple (payments), push delivery services (your browser vendor's push service, or Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service in the app), and our hosting providers. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be shared with partners.
5. Data Retention
Account and gameplay data are kept while your account exists. Analytics data is retained for 24 months. If you delete your account, personal data is removed as described below.
6. Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time — in the app or on the web via Settings → Delete account, or directly at scoremon.com/account/delete. Deletion removes your email, name, picture, username, push subscriptions, and coin balances; anonymized gameplay records (with no link to you) may be retained to keep shared pools and leaderboards consistent. Deletion is permanent.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, Thailand's PDPA, and equivalent regulations, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Most of this is self-service (Settings, or the deletion page above). For anything else contact contact@scoremon.com.
8. Children
ScoreMon is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
